"Employees outside of the Pharmacy are nice. The Pharmacy Staff however will go out of their way to not do any work. They go as far as trying to scam medicaid patients by saying they owe when they do not, and lying about having a particular medication. Was there yesturday and they proceeded to lie multiple times that my medication was out of stock, that my medication was not covered by my insurance, that i owed a particular amount which happens EVERY single time and my insurance is on My Account, this does not happen at any other walgreens.."

"My experience at this place gets worse over the time associates speccially Debbie and the mexican looking like are extremely rude and racist they eye side me and tge communication is horrible. The associates tend to missplace items under clearance and when i grab and go to the front they are always doubting me as if i had a reason to lie. I see that its not only me so i highly ask if have an issue ask for a name and keep calling corporate maybe they need new and better management. No one should be treated like they treat me as a customer even my 10 year old realized how they or she was staring at us. And having an issue when i returned an item WITH MYRECEIPT. Deffinetly contact upper managememt dont ever let anyone make you feel different."

"i am very Disappointed, every time i go to this place the pharmacy has no one on duty the drive up is closed with no sign in the window you call they pick up and say lunch and hang up or just nasty. i have been 5 to 6 times finally i get out and go in and walk to to the counter and it was 1:31 the manager was standing at the counter as i walked up she said its our lunch time. i told here every time i come here no one is working our you are at lunch can i just get my prescription. she proceeds to roll her eyes at me as a manager should i am guessing in this day and age. i was not nice after that it triggered me fast. i did yell as she was still being rude to me i told her i wanted to just punch her in the face. no body manager included in front of an employee should ever disrespect its customers right from the beginning. i know it was lunch time but sometimes you need to go a little above and beyond your job as i can see she never will. i am glad most of my prescriptions have been transferred as i will never step back in that store."

"I go here often. My only real complaint is that the cashiers don't always check to make sure they're giving reward points to the right person, so I've missed out on a lot of rewards. They were temporarily not 24/7 due to pandemic staffing, closing at 10pm instead, which was still generous imo. Overall, a convenient, reliable location."
