After calling around all morning looking for this medication, and receiving very poor service at competitor pharmacies, it was an absolute relief to have this handled so well. Keep it up, Rite Aid! "I was having a great day until I decided to walk into rite Aid with my friend. we walked in and decided to check out their makeup section. we were looking at stuff picking it up to see the colors and putting the stuff back down. Everything was going well until we saw this lady staring at us though the window while smoking and she continued to do that for 5 minutes. we kept looking at stuff and while I was looking at a lipstick and holding it up to my hand to see how the color would look on me the lady came in and said "don't even think about taking anything" we were confused and down the aisle so we asked her to repeat herself. She said "you two are acting very suspicious". We were not. We werent wearing anything baggy, our bags were closed and on our backs and we were sitting down not hiding anything. she then said " I know what you're trying to do, your acting very suspicious I want you to know that. " I am outraged! I have never been so disgusted by someone's behavior. How could someone judge and say that to young people who are just trying to look around like all the other shoppers! I personally don't know how a store could hire someone like that and I know I will definitely not be returning to Rite Aid."

"It takes a lot to get me upset with customer service. But I came up to the pharmacy tonight, and one of the people working there, brittany, was dismissive and kind of rude. People come in there to get medicine for a variety of reasons some of them really important. This is not the first time I've had an experience and she seems to be a common denominator"

"I really do love this store. I've been going there for a really long time and my favorite consistency when going is seeing Mary. She's is the best, she's very helpful and friendly. Doesn't matter what anyone says that Lady needs a raise. She's one of the best employees I think that store has ever had."
