"Me and my wife went here for our valentine's day dinner and were not impressed at all. My ribs and chicken both were not cooked all the way and my wife's steak was well under cooked as well. Server was nice but our drinks never got refilled even though they were not busy. Server also never cleared anything from our table until the end. For the price we feel heavily cheated. Only good thing was the view."

"I've been to this place twice. Once a few years ago, and once yesterday (for Valentine's Day). To say I am disappointed in how far this place has fallen is an understatement. We made a reservation for 7:45, and told there was about a 30 minute wait, for a reservation. What is the point of reservations? After the hosts took forever to figure out who to sit next, we were seated in a booth away from the window (why come here if I didn't want to be seated near the window to see the view of the rotating restaurant.). The service was good, one of the few redeeming qualities, but the food was very mediocre at best. Like a steak from a restaurant chain, definitely not worth the prices. We spent $10 on garlic butter that had garlic sitting at the bottom of a tub of movie popcorn butter. Chewy steak, average cocktail menu. First time I have seriously considered denying the charge on my credit card statement. $200 for a worse experience than a Texas Roadhouse. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was good and the view was unbeatable (even though we were seated away from it)."

"My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. The servers were so kind and accommodating, wishing us happy anniversary and helping us understand the menu. The entire dining room rotated, giving us a 360 view of Cincy and Covington. The food was phenomenal. Highly recommend!"

"We finally checked out this restaurant and it wasn't bad. It's really laid back. The hotel elevator leading up to the restaurant was a bit unpleasant. It needed to be cleaned and polished. It was a little tricky figuring out what door and how to get to the restaurant once you arrive in the hotel. The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. Overall the food was delicious. We felt the presentation wasn't very mind blowing. But everything tasted great. The revolving restaurant aspect was a great experience. It was my birthday and they gave me a delicious dessert on the house. The staff was friendly and amazing."
