"This place is a joke! I love Taco Bell but this location has the most incompetent employees ever. I have given it two chances and each time they are unable to take orders or give your order to someone else. I work in this industry, and I know it can be rough…. But the general lack of intelligence or motivation to be effective at all is just embarrassing as a corporation. Labor shortage keeps businesses desperate so nothing will change but God I wish it would."

"They only do doordash here. Even if you place an online order, go there to pick it up, they tell you to place another order through doordash. And get this, wait in their parking lot and have it delivered to your car by doordash. Not to mention you already paid for your mobile order through Taco Bell's app"

"Some of the workers there are rude, we ordered 4 steak tacos, which I only got 2 of them, and the other 2 were regular soft tacos and the steak tacos barely had meat on it only 3 pieces on one of them and 2 pieces on the other and I paid almost 4 dollars per each one, no I don't like this taco bell at all, I will for now on go to Newport tacos bell.. you workers need to be trained again in the covington Taco Bell."

"I stopped by Taco Bell yesterday for a cheap snack and got exactly what I ordered. Look folks, it's not the Ritz. It is cheap food at a cheap price. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff knows what they are doing here and that's what counts. If you want a competitive meal are in a hurry and don't want to spend much then this is your place. It could be cleaner but once again you get what you pay for! As Always, Enjoy!"
