"Five employees looking right at me and only one occupied table, still I waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to pick up my online order. Then when finally acknowledged, the lady yelled to me from 10 feet away - only to say she couldn't hear me. Never again."

"Customer service was awful, I watched a disabled man get yelled at when trying to take a seat. Servers were screaming at each other. The food was awful. When we attempted to pay for our order my husband accidentally dropped the ticket and the lady checking us out gave us a very dirty look. I would not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Everything was great besides for how some of the waitresses were talking in front of customers. And for the employee that left her dishes in the sink and the older lady had to do all of the dishes that the other lady left!! I would say retrain a few waitresses and I would rate it 5 stars!!"

"Rating even one star for this place is laughable. Negative stars should be considered. I never write reviews. I signed in JUST to leave this one it was that bad. If you’re beyond starving, still look elsewhere for food, like a dumpster. At least your order would be correct and the staff won’t flip you off. Shocked this location isn’t closed. @Cooperate. You should probably check your profits from this location tonight. They low? Yep, It’s your staff. I wasn’t even able to purchase anything from this location and still want my money and time back. The Wilder location staff was amazing and need / deserve raises. Get on that!"
