"We arrived early for our anniversary dinner and stopped to get an oat milk cappuccino which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and gracious. To drink I had the Nothing Gold Can Stay and he had the Coppin’s old fashioned, the drinks were fantastic! As was the Elote Fritters appetizer and let me tell you it's a must try cause it's yummy! We both had the ricotta gnocchi with the Faroe Island salmon, salmon was fabulous, gnocchi was good but a bit dense but flavors were great. We had a side of Lobenstein broccoli which was very good. We shared the brown butter carrot cake, it tasted great but was dense, buttercream was lovely as was the brown butter caramel and candied walnuts."

At Coppin’s Bar in the lobby of Hotel Covington, is a spectacular bar with PAGES of bourbon. We met Michael when he took our order. He seemed to still be learning the ropes, but he was professional and not afraid to ask questions. We had excellent service and my friends even got to keep the bottle they ordered from when they had the last pour. Fun memento for their Anniversary.
