"Incredibly skimpy portions of protein here. Literally 2/3 of the meat you used to get at Chipotle prior to 2018, and cost has risen since then. For $13 I basically got a bowl of rice with some beans, a few morsels of chicken, and a bunch of salsa. The chips they gave me were all broken, about half were totally pulverized. Don't waste your money here"

"I've been eating at Chipotle since the first one in the area opened on mall rd. I've NEVER had anyone charge me for sour cream until now. I ordered 3 small cheese quesadillas and 1 large chicken quesadilla and asked for 1 small sour cream per quesadilla and a side of corn. They charged me $8.50 for the sour cream telling me that anything 3 side s and more you have to pay for. When i asked her shouldnt i get the first 3 sides free, she got a bit nasty and said "well its food so it cost money" it didnt add up or make sense to me. She said that they were a certified training store so they HAVE to follow the rules. Once I got home I realized shed also charged me for chicken on all of the quesadillas, even the cheese ones. This is the 3rd time I've been over charged at this specific store so I will not be going back."
"The manager I believe her name is Lexi. She’s very rude always has a nasty attitude and no matter how sweet I am to her it’s just like she’s angry all the time I didn’t ask you to come to your job if you don’t like your job, then maybe you shouldn’t be there definitely needs new management. The food is great but that’s a manager that I see every time I come and she has the same angry face every time like it would be nice to hear. Hi how are you? How’s your day but it’s like a next next what else what else it’s crazy I started going to a different chipotle because of it."
"I love the food I get at chipotle but the people need to put more rice, chicken and cheese in my bowl. Especially if I'm paying for it and tell you to load it up, that's what I mean. I may be small but damn, I need more than a scoop of rice, a couple pieces of chicken and barely any cheese. Y'all also need to quit rushing also, like just because you think you're done putting one thing in my bowl doesn't mean you actually are. You're done and move on to the next item when the customer says so."
