"I'm on my husband's account but wanted to share my experience with the Wendy's in Portsmouth Ohio Jacob a very young man that works here went above and beyond to help me in any way he possibly could between him and the young lady that was working with I am absolutely impressed..... Being new to this town and home after 23 years he made me feel like I never left thank you Jacob I appreciate you"

"We really enjoyed just sitting down and getting to eat. We really appreciate the lady taking our order she was in a great mood, and it really added to the service."

"Ordered to pretzel baconators and two large fries baconators were cold fries were old girl didn't give me a recite said I payed for one fry charged me for another very disappointed. Never had this happen at this location"

"This place is falling apart. I've ordered from that Wendy's 5-6x in the last 2 weeks and I've gotten undercooked food, hard dried out cold fries, several wrong drinks, forgot to add food that was ordered but i was charged for it. I used to exclusively eat at this Wendy's only...now they're my last resort. I'd rather drive to the other end of town. At least I get what I order there..."

"Service was so good. I was stressed, drive thru was very busy. Everyone was working so hard. Kik went above and beyond with a complicated order, took the time to explain things to me and even when super busy took the time to fill our drinks behind the counter when a floor ij the machine was out. She was super helpful, very kind and kept a huge smile on her face through all of it."
