"Service was great, the nachos supremos were really good, the place was clean. I'm probably being overly picky but the nacho chips with salsa need to be warm when they are brought out to get 5 stars for the food. Didn't really like the clear plexiglass between the booths, a more private divider would be better but all in all a good place, we would eat there again next trip through Portsmouth."
"Excellent portions for the price. Chips and salsa upon sitting down. I wasn’t overly impressed with my enchiladas but they were good and I left full."
"I really love Toro. I got take out and got about half a bag of chips despite ordering a 16 oz salsa. I got a good amount of rice, but my steak was 80% gristle and fat. Im so disappointed. It wasn't worth the $17 I spent."
