"It's Wendy's...I went through the drive-thru. The service was good and fast...except for the order taker telling me to get out of line because I didn't know what we wanted until looking at the menu. That was kinda rude. I got my food, but it was all wrong and cold. The only thing hot was the fries! I can even tell you what we ordered!"
"This Wendy's is horrible. I literally was the only person who with my family was sitting inside and they managed to give me a totally different sandwich than what I ordered. When I went to counter to address it all the idiots inside just looked at me and turned their heads. Didn't even get someone else to help me. I was literally saying "hello" calmly to get help. No one helped until one guy decided to do his job and turn around. He acted like I just should be happy with what I got. Then someone yelled from the back that it would be 6 minutes. What the hell! Literally no one else was there, then others came in and got their food and my family member had to keep going up to ask about my food. I was so angry and felt disrespected by idiots. I will never go back! THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS! I WAS CALM AND ASKED NICELY AND THEY STILL ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME. CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME IN."
