"Pay attention and don’t fall victim to this Subway. They will scam you. We brought in a 7.99 foot long meal coupon and the women pretended to punch in numbers then told us the total was 7.99 while the screen read 13.99. After going back and forth, she finally scanned the coupon and the correct total amount came up. It’s one thing to not take a coupon but don’t lie about the total. They will 100% take advantage of you and your money!!!"
"It's a Subway inside ya know. The food is great. But recently my order that was delivered (we had delivery for a reason) was wrong. I understand the issue was between the website and the stores point of sale system but my issue is when I called and tried to explain the issue the gentleman on the phone was confused and hung up on me after I tried explaining a few times. My husband went up to correct the issue and they did for free after explaining the disconnect but although my husband brought it up several times, they never apologized for hanging up on me. I see a lot of good reviews for them so this was a disappointing way to be treated because of a simple mistake."
"Received Subway mailed coupons 1/2 mile from this location that they do not honor. Manager says corporate sends those out and they do not make any money honoring the coupons. Don’t be part of a franchise if you do not want to honor franchise corporate coupons. $5 and the manager’s attitude will keep me from returning to this location"
