"Don’t bother ordering outside. I waited 25 mins on an order for a sandwich and a cup of water. This would be totally understandable if it was busy, it was Sunday, no line, and after 25 mins I had to push the button again to ask for my food, the woman seemed agitated that I hit the button as said the food is ready now?? She came out, forgot the cup of water ordered and returned with that. If I come again, I will just walk inside as the outside convenience was absolutely a disaster."

"I called today at 11:30 or so to place a pick-up order. The phone rang 8 or 10 times with no answer. It then went to voicemail. I hung up and called back. After 6 or so rings a female answered the phone. I told her I wanted to place a pick up order. She told me I would have to hold for 5 minutes just to place my order. I told her never mind and went to McDonalds, They took my order right away. This is no way to run a business. I rarely eat at this location because of the poor service."

"The night we went in there it was all teenagers/ young people. We walked in, and waited 15 minutes for our food. We got home and seen that our sandwiches were not anything we asked for. I called and was told our food would be refunded. Update a week goes by and still no refund. So then I went into the store again and they fixed it. So thank you for that, but it had to take me calling twice and coming in there to get it fixed. I shouldn't have had to do that but oh well. Food was made correctly this time. Again thank you for correcting the issue. Happy Holidays!"

"The chicken cheesesteak sub that I got was amazing! I got fries as well, and usually the fries are amazing from Penn Station, but the fact that I ordered through grubhub, the fries were cold and not so great anymore. No fault of penn station. I don't recommend ordering for delivery if you get fries. They need to be eaten freshly made."
