The pad Thai had a big clump of burnt spices. It was edible but very unimpressed. I'll drive further for Ban Thai in Eastgate any day."

"This little Thai restaurant is a welcome site to our area...first let me give you my reasons for not giving the 5th star. 1. May have had Grand opening to soon. 2. Yes they are understaffed which I'm quite sure they're very well aware. 3. Prep Station Equipment still being worked on, No formal Utinsels/Napkins/ Condiments station. 4. Long wait time for meal see Item 2. above. Definitely not a place to go if you're in a hurry until staffing issue is resolved. 5. Needs better form of dishes for dining room. 6. Probably should have Beverage station as self service However, let's talk now why i rated it 4 stars. The food is Excellent and reasonable price. The steamed dumplings are delicious. The California roll was exceptional and the Tuna Roll I'll put it up against any Restaurant in the Tri-state and my wife & I definitely enjoyed the spring rolls that weren't deep fried. I will definitely be a returning customer, for every new business it seems there are always situations that will require fine tuning and adjustments.
