"I can't give it more than 2 stars, I'd be lying. The service is abysmal, the employees have never known what they're doing/disrespectful/unsanitary. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes for one order even when not busy and they still mess up the order."

"I like McDonald's a lot for something quick and flavorful and modestly priced. I don't care if some people scoff or criticize their food, I'm hanging with them. Writing about it now and thinking about it makes me feel like putting my shoes and socks on and going to get some. I only eat there occasionally to guard against getting tired of it. My former wife and I raised six children, all born two years apart, and they all loved Mickie D's, so I got so tired of it sometimes I would say, "Anywhere but McDonald's!" Now they're all grown up and gone, so I'm a diner there approximately 2.5 times a month."

"This place is garbage, they never get our order right and we call every time before we go to ask about smoothies they tell us they have them and when we get here they say they don’t. The girls are rude on the headsets and I’ve seen people scratch their heads and fix their hair and then pick French fire boxes of fries and put them in bags for customers. This place is seriously a joke there management needs to hire better workers of at least people that want to actually work."

"Explain to me how I wait in the drive through for 20 minutes only for them to have me pull up to a space to wait for my food. It’s dinner rush, I get it, they’re busy.. no big deal.. but I spend $15 on quarter pounders with cheese to get home and find a piece of burnt meat and some onions between the buns on one sandwich (nothing else).. and burnt meat with a piece of cheese and a single pickle on the other sandwich. No response when I called to have my order refunded.. there’s lots of other options for fast food around here, don’t waste your time or money here."

"How can you explain this? We know there is a shortage of workers. So on my part I will wait the extra 15+ minutes in the drive thru without complaints. BUT ON YOUR PART! When I got home however. THESE pictures are what I found with my food. One that looks like someone already took a bite. The buns are BURNED and the fish is so hard that you can use it as a hockey puck. This is as unexceptable as it gets. Pure garbage and totally Uneatable...."
