"Ordered food for delivery and talked to a guy who did not even read me my order back which they are supposed to do. I ordered 2 hoagie with everything on the side and add bacon to it then I ordered a 3rd one and specifically asked for only pizza sauce, onion and add bacon to it and then when I called to say they for got my bacon and onion the older lady wanted to be rude and not even listen to what I had asked for and wanted to hang up on me. So I will not order from them again."

"I’ve been waiting for almost an hour and half waiting for my food and they even said it’s gonna be awhile longer and I’m 5 mins away from the store it’s beyond ridiculous update food got here wings had like no sauce and the food was cold"

"Really like the pizza. Nothing bad to say about the food itself. Which is why I gave them an extra star. But the service is probably the worse service I've ever had from a mom and pop pizza joint. God forbid you might actually call and place an order. You'd think you slapped them in the face with the crazy sour attitude they give you. And it only gets worse when you go into the shop to pick up or order food. I just don't know why you'd start a food business when you hate people and or customer service. I called to place a pick up order and they just hang up on you. I was never told a time to pick up or anything. And that was after being placed on hike 3 times to make one order. I mean I get it you get busy but that's not my fault and I'm clearly going out of my way to be nice on the phone. I never leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but damn the only thing more consistent than the food being good is the service being really bad. Oh and don't ask for dipping sauces. They might leap over the counter and attack you. Whether you paid for them or not."
