"i’ve been going to this canes since it opened on montgomery and have never had an experience this bad before. not exactly sure what is going on in the kitchen but management needs to look into it because there is no way you should be allowed to serve chicken that looks like this when you bite into it."
"Look, this place is the greatest food restaurant in the world and they know it. So you're gonna pay a lot of money if you want the greatest of all combos: the Caniac. That's the one downside to the place. The rest of it is glorious. It also made my excrement smell scrumptious the next day."
"On a Saturday night, the crew was not good at all, the lines were out the door because of how slow everyone was going. The toast was the worst, as someone who knows how long the toast is supposed to be cooked for these were easily cooked for less than ten seconds, I redid them at home myself. Do better, especially this location at busy times!!!"
"First batch of fries was extremely overcooked and burnt. Asked for a fresh batch and got the exact same looking fries. So this time I drove all the way back and went inside to speak to a manager. I asked for a Fresh side of fries, and explained that this was my third attempt to get some good food. I have attached all three pictures below. The third batch was barely any better than the first two. This Canes does not understand how to cook food properly, at least they don’t know how to do french fries."
"I’m normally a huge fan of Cane’s chicken, but had to post this review for my recent experience and honesty. Did the drive through for lunch. The Chicken and cane’s sauce was great, but I had trouble eating the fries because they were over cooked / crunchy and tasted like oil. The ketchup was dark brown and too sweet to consume (expired?). Additionally my bread did not taste like it normally does, was torn in half in the box I received (you can see the tear in the middle of posted photo). Usually a great place for lunch, just had to post this to provide honest room for improvement."
