"Haven't been in a while. Forgot why. Dined in for a medium sandwich and fry. I was given maybe 4 slices of meat on my Italian sub. For $14 I would expect more than a bread loaf with veggies. Service and atmosphere were great. But portion size for the price has gone to small to come back."

"Absolutely the BEST.. Love the convenience of ordering online and the outdoor pick-up window. They could not find my order and had to wait a hot minute but so worth it.. They were super nice, and the food was Fantastic like always.."

"There’s no Penn Station where I live so I try to go to PS every time I’m in Cincinnati. I felt badly walking in 30 min before they closed but the gentlemen were happy to take my order and they made a fantastic sandwich. I get the vegetarian and it was perfectly lined to the edges with veggies and melted cheese. I used to work at a PS a long time ago and when the regional manager would inspect our sandwiches he would make sure we made the sandwich perfect. The gentlemen who made my sandwich tonight made a perfect sub. The fries were fresh and the portion was generous (I think I benefited from being the last customer) but the whole experience was great. The restaurant was clean and the guys were great! Thank you for making me a perfect sub. I couldn’t have made it better myself."

"My son (15) ask me to pickup fast good on the way home I told him we can split Pen Station as he's never had it. I ordered a large Rubin with Swiss on half as I'm now allergic to dairy & large fry. Got home and the cheese side was noticeable larger, bummer. Split the fries, sat down, took a bite & bam! Bread, sauerkuaut, 1000 island & almost no meat! (See photo). Took a pic & called them! I told them the situation... dead air. I told them I just wanted them to know & the guy says "ok" & hangs up! No sorry. No is there anything we can do? Just 'click'. Now I think $13.50 for a sandwich implies the sandwich will be considerable & although the meat content improved as I reached the other end I can't justify the cost. In was tasty. Sadly I think this will be my last visit to this Penn Station location. The fries needed salt too."

"Grilled teriyaki isn't like this at all.. I'm not sure if they forgot to add the teriyaki sauce i have no idea; my first bad experience with penn station but this location today really made my sub really really bad.. was really sour and flavorless, I couldn't finish it."
