"Switched to Loveland chipotle because the one in Milford was terrible, randomly closing and always out of food. Loveland was consistently better until about a month ago. We pay for double meat and we are lucky if we get a half a spoonful in the bowl. Usually get the ingredients right but definitely are not putting in double meat when it’s paid for and ordered online and bowls are half full. Going to have to try Hot heads again, chipotle already expensive as hell to not even get what you paid extra for, especially when you order double protein."
"I have had the same guy try to roll my burrito two different visits and he can't do it. The first time I just asked for a bowl. This time I asked for him to re roll it and he said he it wouldn't help because of the moisture in the sofritas. I have been to many other Chipotle's that roll the burrito perfectly. The guy needs to be off the front line. He can't roll a burrito and has poor customer service. Visit 02/04/24 @ 5:15P."
"Ordered delivery and got a half empty bowel. This isn’t the first time they have done this (including other chipotle locations). I’m officially done eating at chipotle for now on. It’s been a good 14 years but I’m getting on the “chipotle is overrated” train and will not be going back."
"Burrito was missing tomato salsa and corn salsa, the amount of sour cream made it inedible. When I called in for a refund I didn't even get an apology."
"Do not go here after 7pm. I go here for lunch all the time and it’s a three star experience. Efficient generally nice enough to get my food and get out. However, after 7pm the employees are rude. They start cleaning the place up and look at each individual customer like you’re the biggest inconvenience. Didn’t greet me as I walked up to the counter. I finally said hello. They responded with a rude “what can I get for you?” And never said a word after that. When I asked for salad dressing. He rudely tossed it in the bag. I had to check to make sure it didn’t break open. Completely rude service. Will not be eating here for dinner ever again."
