"The worst experience. Awful manager. Bad food. Don't eat at this location. I was handed a Jamocha shake that was melted and runny with no flavor. It was melted vanilla ice cream. My brisket sandwich had meat that was so dry it looked days old. Even the bun was stale. When I tried to send the shake back I was told they couldn't do that. The kid got his manager, who was so rude. No apology, she just said "I don't know what to tell you, it comes out of the machine that way. I can't help you, you'll have to contact corporate." Then walked away from the window. It wasn't until later that I realized it wasn't just the shake but all our food. Except the curly fries and sweet tea were actually good. I'll stick with our good Arby's on Beechmont."
