"Everything was wrong. Ordered 5 piece strip meals one famous one spicy both were famous. Ordered both with macaroni and cheese and potato wedges one came with mashed potatoes instead. Biscuits almost to the point of being burnt. Forgot to give us our drinks asked for them and our dipping sauces and he acted as if we were bothering him yelled several times across the parking lot to us about our drinks still getting it wrong."
"Quite awful. Window lady was surly. During dinner time, they only had breasts and wings, and there’s a surcharge for credit cards. Plus, I don’t remember Lee’s chicken being so salty. The franchise in Mt. Sterling, KY is much better."
"The food here is OK. Like many other reviewers said, the quality is very inconsistent. The chicken tastes a bit like Popeyes only with less flavor, and most of their food is very greasy. Their potato wedges are probably the worst part of the experience. The value isn't great, but it isn't the worst either for the price. I'd only go here if you really, really don't want to drive the extra distance to get good chicken at somewhere like Cane's or Chick-fil-A."
"Took 15 mins to order my food! After ordering my food I waiting another 10-15 min to get my food! The gizzards were burnt! Asked how long to make a fresh pan the lady(manager) got rude an said 30 mins! I then asked for my money back a she got snotty again!!!! Lees needs to do better."
"Very inconsistent with food quality. Restaurant is frequently dirty, with the tea and/or drink machine leaking fairly large puddles. The biscuits were dark brown, hard, dry and inedible. The mac and cheese had hard noodles mixed in with way over cooked ones. The chicken tenders were semi edible. Half of them were too dry, the rest were actually good. The green beans were a mix of old and new. Just appeared to have been food left under a warmer too long. Manager states that their policy was to remove anything unsold after 4 hours under the warmer. FOUR hours?? She was very kind and offered to replace the meal. We opted to pass and find dinner elsewhere."
