Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Honestly… I’ve been to several chipotle locations. This is the most inconsistent one in the tri-state and arguable any of the chains I’ve tried. One visit you get good portions, good taste, and good service; however, the next time is lacking quality in every aspect. Customer beware that you will truly never know what to expect. There’s a reason this place is always deserted… Side note: if you put “extra” on your order for the pickup lane, expect less than “regular” portions."

"I ordered a chipotle bowl delivery and when I opened it the bowl was dripping and whoever handled the bowl had food on their hands and once I opened it it looked like a salad SOUP. Whoever made my bowl must’ve poured all the tomato/onion juice in there because I don’t understand how it could be so wet. It’s disgusting. Do better…"

"I just wanna give a shout out to this location. Nothing pisses me off more than when I pay for double meat and I still get a stingy regular portion. This burrito slapped! I had some chicken in every bite. When I pay $12 for a burrito, that’s what I expect. Also- love the drive through online order lane. It’s great not having to drag my kids out of the car. Edit- The reason I gave 4 for service was because dude handed me the bag and walked away. I had to wait a few minutes for him to come back so I could ask for the kids drink they forgot to include."

"Open till 11pm. Came in at 10 and they said we're open but only have lettuce. That's what I'm talking about Update: this picture was with 3 "helpings" of cheese. The worker said they aren't allowed to put more than a small pinch or they will get fired. This place is terrible"

"One would think that an $8 burrito would be bigger than Taco Bell’s regular size tacos… but apparently this restaurant thinks otherwise. Half way through this pancake-size “burrito” and I’m still not seeing the chicken I requested on it.. Every time I order from this location, I tell myself it’s the last time. This time… for real, for real!!! It’d be nice to see the building leveled or used as a homeless shelter. Anything would be an improvement."
