"Originally asked for chicken tenders or popcorn chicken; both were approximately 7-8 minute wait. Decided not to wait so we ordered other things. Ended up waiting 8 minutes for our other food anyways. Grilled cheese for daughter was half grilled; too was grilled, bottom was a soggy piece of ungrilled bread. Tots were hard and cold. Not sure about this place. Definitely won’t be back"
"This place is nasty. Thank god I took the lid off of my drink because there was a DEAD FLY floating in it!! I feel like someone did that on purpose. How can you not see a black fly in the sprite when you put the lid on? Also the burger I had was lukewarm and had no flavor"
"Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sonic. I will not be returning. The manager on duty is snotty rude and entitled. I wil say the team member she had with her was a very nice lady though who ensured to try and fix the situation. I waited over 20 minutes to receive cold food and a nasty attitude from your manager."
"I went thru the drivethru at the Hebron Sonic and got a Chili Dog combo. After I got my food and started eating, I discovered there were no napkins with my food. Shame on someone at Sonic. Fortunately, I had extra napkins in the car."
