"I just ordered for delivery. Pizza came but the peppers I ordered did not. I called the restaurant and that part of my order had not come through and I wasn't charged for it. However, Monica was super nice and sent them out for us! Wonderful customer service and it wasn't the restaurants fault at all. My son will now eat his dinner (he only eats pizza with peppers) and you have a customer for life!"

"We ordered pizza for 100 people. We called them the DAY BEFORE and asked if they could handle this order, and they said that they could. They told us that we'd have it by a certain time. When that time came and went, we called to find out what was going on. At 10-15 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, this location said that the pizzas should be on the way soon. We asked about how long and they said that they couldn't give us an answer. We had 100 people waiting around for 30 minutes. We normally order from Pizza Hut right down the road and we thought we'd give Papa Johns a shot. Not again."

"We’ve ordered Papa Johns from both Hebron and Lawrenceburg IN. Hebron always does a terrible job. We paid for extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all. Prices are getting ridiculous and quality keeps going down. What a shame!"

"Ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza and spent more money. Was given a pizza that was anything but epic. Wasted my money for a plain pepperoni pizza. Still tasted good, but the crust was disappointing as was spending extra money for something that I didn’t receive. Was really looking forward to it."
