"Wow what a disappointment this location has turned into, stopped by for dinner at the Hebron Ky location 11/30/23 at 6:15 PM and the place was absolutely trashed. Napkins and straw and other items all over the floor both trash cans overflowing the ketchup dispenser was out none of the tables were actually clean other than what the last person sitting there wiped off and to top it off both our chicken teriyaki sandwich’s showed up with no mushrooms or the onions it was supposed to have. If this ownership cares this little about cleanliness it’s probably best you find somewhere else to eat."
"Half the guys didn't wear gloves (one was snotty and wiping his face on his shoulder) and didn't know how to make the food. The service was super slow, and we watched one person make our sandwich which was supposed to be a wrap, into a sub. And when we said it was supposed to be a wrap he just told us it was. Lol won't be returning"
"I online ordered from Store 223 in Hebron KY, the sub was well made but I ordered a medium size fry and the guy didn’t put hardly any fries in the cup. I noticed it after I got back to work. I’m not happy and I will look next time I order, shame on you Penn Station"
"3x Wow! This location was simply amazing for my first visit. The service and staff were super fast, friendly and wonderful. Big, bright, and clean decor inside. The food was delicious as well. Loved my Pizza Sub. I was very impressed with this PS. Big thumbs up guys. Keep up the great work!!"
