"**update Jan. 24, 2024. Jackie has refused to get back in contact with me in a decent timely manner to see if child care was possible during my time. I originally asked when I found out she was enrolled and was denied saying they don't accept vouchers from the state unless its hamilton county. I was told by multiple people in the job and family service department that they are eligable anywhere in ohio. It doesnt matter the county. I have since reached out again via email asking at the beginning of January on the 4th, about that situation again as I believe this was just a simple mistake, but now she hasn't even responded to anything. I have texted, email, and even called with no response. Ignoring me to keep me from enrolling my child that you have already illegally enrolled into your facility wasn't bad enough. Now you are refusing to help me so I can make sure my daughter receives all the time at school she can get. I guess I will be taking legal action and filing a contempt on everyone involved because this is ridiculous. How do you enroll a child without having the proper documentation and consent from both parents by court order. Legal action is going to be taken to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. *** original post: Illegally enrolled my child into their educational program. Jackie Cowell Did not ask for custody documentation to enroll my child. I was told by Gene with corporate that they do not ask for custody documentation. Which is illegal. That means anyone could abduct a child and enroll them into this facility without any questions being asked. I also spoke to Nashayla a representative through their corporate and she advised me that they are supposed to ask for those kind of documents. But I was told by Gene they do not. Which is a major issue. I also had to call and have things fixed in my childs medical paperwork because the information was not accurate. My child's safety and over all well being has been jeopardized being enrolled into this facility. I had to provide the court documents to them and told them i did not want her to attend here and they still have not fixed the issue. This facility does not care about legal documents. I let Gene know I was calling to fix my childs medical paperwork because if I didn't her safety and well being would have continued to be at risk that I was not consenting for her to go to school here."
"My toddler recently left Childtime Main Street, only because we moved to a different town. While there, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Asia, Ms. A and all the other teachers of the Toddler 2 class took such good care of him. I cannot thank these educators enough for the lessons, love and time they took to ensure he was safe and having fun while meeting his milestones."
"Hi All, We’ve been part of the Childtime family for going on 4 years. We have 2 young sons aged almost 4 and 2. For the most part, both my husband and I have been very pleased with the center, staff and curriculum. Our children seem to enjoy attending Childtime and both have consistently exceeded milestones and general development, some which I attribute to the care and support of our children’s loving and engaged teachers. My husband and I work in the downtown area, and Childtime’s location in the John Weld Peck Federal Building is extremely convenient for us. Going through security every day is a bit of a pain but after a while it’s just part of the “everyday normal”. To anyone working in the downtown area considering a daycare facility over a nanny or suburban Goddard type - I nightly recommend Childtime. Additional notes: The facility is 5 start accredited and has an infant-to-care-provider ratio of 4:1. Push notifications are provided via the “Bright-wheels” app so videos and photographs are plentiful throughout the day! I would have loved a review like this as we were going through our childcare selection process. Hopefully this review is helpful to others experiencing the same! Best, Stephanie"
"My husband and I are truly blessed to have chosen your care at Childtime for our daughter. She started attending your location at 4 months old, and all of your staff were tremendously supportive in ensuring we were comfortable with the transition. Our daughter adores each and every one of the staff, as her greetings of smiles and giggles each morning inevitably tells us so! It is wonderful to see the natural caring demeanor, the proactive attentiveness, and the thorough kindness to our daughter. We are grateful for all of you!"
"Child time on main street was a great place until the original director left. I have a 3 yr old child who attended child time for a yr, up until February 3, 2017. He is very active and has been acting out lately. I was told by Children's Hospital to have the center document his behavior that we can get to the bottom of the issue. The New director is no where to be found and the assistant director give you the run around. So instead, with thin the last month i continue to get calls back to back, while at work saying i need to pick my child up. Everyday and its like come now because they cant handle a 3yr old. The assistant director is very unprofessional and i would not recommend any parent enrolling their child at this center as long as she is there. The previous Director would have had everything under control. The 3yr old class has one good Teacher and I am sure he wont be there for long."
