"I was really excited to get burger king for the first time in a while, but they left a patty off my burger! The bacon king is supposed to come with two patties, always has when I've gotten it and says so on the website, but I only got one patty on my meal. I'm pretty bummed"

"I was greeted very nicely over the speaker booth and I ordered a whopper meal I pulled up to the window and this tall guy with brown hair smiles at me and is just super nice he pulls me forward and he said a 2 minute wait on frys but I received it I'm under 1 minute he apologized to me for the inconvenience we need mor fast food people like this and my food was very hot. Mayo was a little sour but other then that everything was perfect."

"I went into the oxford location last week. While inside I waited a good 10 minutes at the front counter before even being acknowledged. There is a bigger girl there with glasses that was rude and not helpful, I think I heard her name called Ash. I was asking simple questions as she rolled her eyes and said it wasn't her problem. And the other girl that was there was using profanities in such a manner I had to leave because I felt uncomfortable with her using the N word and could clearly tell they were high and it reeked of pot. Inside the store. I've been through the drive thru before and had seen several employees out back smoking pot as the smoke rolled through my window, not only were they smoking drugs, I had to wait for my order to be taken that time as well because everyone was standing out back of the restaurant. I hope this location can find good help, I love me some BK... but I will not be returning to the oxford location. It's sad when even the managers don't care. I have never been so disrespected for trying to give my order and profit a store. If I could give 0/5 I would have."

"Gave them three chances and they blew it. Order was not correct each time and all three times fries were either undercooked or cold. They never give receipts. Last time I ordered, I went in to speak with a manager and asked for refund and they told me I needed receipt to get a refund. Explained I was not given one but had just come through the drive through.Said she could get me new fries since I had no receipt. She went to the fryer and proceeded to obstruct my view, shook something to make noise for twenty seconds while pretending to give me new fries, and then placed the same two undercooked and cold fries that I was originally given into a new bag. Only eat here if you enjoy $8.00 worth of raw french fries and high blood pressure"

"I come here every night to get food, and it never fails every night they're standing in their talking about non-work-related stuff, cussing up a storm, using profanities, and always it's just me and maybe one other person in the Drive-Thru so they're not busy. But yet it takes 15 to 20 minutes to order anything even the basic dollar menu stuff. They had me pull to the next window where I continue to wait while they're in their jabbering away about their personal lives. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate to all of us customers. I usually don't review places but this place needs some serious help with work ethics. I order 2 BK wraps and a chicken nugget and they fail to get that basic order right, one wrap was supposed to be spicy and the other original. They was both hot, not only that they didn't give me any honey mustard sauce for my nuggets. Total failure at listening and placing my order correctly. I even shut my car off so they heard me correctly. Than this big old guy come out and leans over on top of my car putting his hand on top and and denting my roof in. I got it on camera and I'm sure the store does too. Total disrespect. Walk your lazy butt around my car instead of touching my personal vehicle. Rude ppl. Mixed guy smacked a girl's butt with a bag of buns ..wow"
