Bob Evans

"Normally in grand tradition in any restaurant you go to there is generally at least a small infraction to ruin the experience or just make it" less than" ... NOT TODAY!!!! The Bob Evans staff was ON POINT today. !! My husband and I went in for lunch the food was PHENOMENAL!!!! The service was exceptional! My husband had the chicken fried steak and I had the batter dipped fish with onion rings....I would venture to say that was without a doubt the best fish I have ever had! Robert was on his game today. Kaylee was our server she was quick courteous and very sociable without hovering or being"bothersome" You guys nailed it today(and we frequent this particular store) By far the best visit Ive/ we've ever had with Bob Evans! Keep up the good work!"

"Bathrooms were gross, Beth was short and rude with us. She would treat other customers better than my fiancee and I. There was a cold vent pointing at our table during the entire time of our experience, with outside temps being 5 degrees you'd think they would have the heat on instead."

"I really wanted to give 5 Stars but my coffee cup went dry. Late Sunday morning breakfast. Not too busy, got a table. Everything Breakfast was very good. Wait staff was friendly. WiFi speedy. Bathroom clean. I love Bob Evans, wish they were in Phoenix. However can't compromise on my coffee stance"

"Was a wait to be seated and a wait for food. Busy and short staffed. But waitress was doing her best and everyone was friendly. Ordered avacodo veggie bowl and got a double meat bowl but wasn't disappointed. It was busy and I was hungry."

"Not very clean. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Toast was soggy and came 5 minutes after the eggs came to the table. Sausage was rubbery. My husband got pancakes and said they were very good. Ordered a crepe with strawberries on top. It came swimming in a plate of strawberry syrup. Would not go back."
