"Every time I visit this taco bell, it does not disappoint. Food is always good, they get my customizations right almost every time and it's good."

"I ordered my food online through the app. I arrived at the store at 9:17pm. The door were locked and a person came out and said I had to go through the drive through. The drive through line had 13 cars lined up. I explained to the employee that I ordered online and was here to pick up. They told me I’m sorry but you have to go through the drive through line. NOTE: the dining room hours state they are open until 11pm. Thus the employees decided to close the dining room almost 2 hours early. This place is a dumpster fire!!! If you live in Delaware it is worth your time to drive to the Taco Bell at the State Route 36 and Interstate 71 interchange and get your food there. It is a few more minutes to drive but you will overall save time. Please do not visit this restaurant. I have had nothing but trouble and frustration at this establishment."

"i normally try to write as many positive reviews as possible, but unfortunately i can't go any higher than 3 stars... at least for this specific instance. i'm hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, and that this isn't always the case, but i just don't know. they were unbelievably slow, like i think almost 20 minutes slow. i mean come on, maybe you're understaffed a little, but i don't see how you'd be that slow. i love taco bell, so this was a hard experience to have such a negative time there. i hope they can figure out whatever they need to in order to fix this."

"Not good , went through Drive thru They asked 3 times if they could help us even after we said to give us a second ( I don't eat there much so was looking at the menu) Ordered a Big Beef Burrito Supreme Received our order and decided to just eat. in car because we lived about 20 mins away. Reached in bag to get my burrito out and it felt pretty cold Opened wrap to add hot sauce and my Beef Burrito Pretty much had a very small amount of beef(explained why it was cold because it had all the lettuce cheese and sour cream) and no warm meat Adding a pic Went back in and asked if I could have one that was warm and had some meat on it. He went a made another without asking what my order even was. Get back to car and I couldn't even eat it because it was so soggy and wrap was chewy with a pretty good amount of beans that I didn't have and I'm sure by looking at my burrito they could see I didn't have beans I won't go back there for sure it was a Waste of money Food quality not great."

"My kiddos and I stopped by this location this evening to grab dinner and we were very pleasantly surprised! The inside was clean and welcoming, ditto for the bathroom. Heather helped us and she was absolutely amazing, the drive thru was going non stop, multiple people were coming in the door every couple min for pick up orders, she not only didn't miss a beat, she just had an amazing attitude and super friendly and warm disposition with customers and her staff alike. Give that woman a raise! Good job Taco Bell we were impressed and will be back!"
