"Asia, who works the drive thru, is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. Even gave my dog a biscuit while we were waiting...gotta love that!"
"Had allergies so had to go to pharmacy counter. Pharmacist thinking he was funny told girl behind counter to step away from me. I probably have covid. I didn’t think it was funny and she prob didn't either. I came home and took a covid test and it was negative. I called to let her know so she wouldn't worry. He was 20 feet away from me bit diagnosed me as covid. I did not know they could do that. Amazing."
"Incredible customer service!! After running into an obstacle with another pharmacy that we typically use, the employees at CVS pharmacy in Piqua went above and beyond to help with a prescription for my son. Kyle was an absolute rockstar and we plan on filling future prescriptions at this location from here on out!"
"My husband is a heart patient. He made an appointment for a shingles vaccine, and COVID booster. He did not receive either vaccine, due to very rude customer service, and very poor scheduling. We will not return to CVS, piqua. Very rude and disappointing."
"I filled my Prescription medication on the 10th day of September (after waiting 33 days the month prior)And I also bought a greeting card. The pharmacistil literally called security, and had a employee of CVS block my exit. I've been off of street drugs for over 4 years. He treated me like a theif over being able to count to 30. I wasn't trying to be complicated I wanted to fill the prescription medication that my psychiatrist told me to after 30 days. I waited 33. I did take my binder in with my medical paperwork. It was confirmed by the nice lady who cashed out the prescription. For the second time the pharmacy is playing with my prescription medication. I guess because it is a aniaxiaty medication he was testing my aniaxiaty and asserting his power as a pharmacy technician. I have been respectful and not trying to be a burden to CVS pharmacy but I'm not sure why I am being discriminated against because the medications that have been prescribed by a psychiatrist. I dread going to CVS in Piqua Ohio because of the judgemental tech. I have always had good luck at the store but repeatedly had problems getting a aniaxiaty medication"
