"What a joke! I've worked on many projects and have bought supplies here I went to take a couple things back and exchange them for the exact same thing but a different size and they told me they could not do that because they are Under New Management! Even though I have done it many times here this place was great when they first opened but now the people that work there don't have a clue what they're doing they don't even know where stuff is at in management wouldn't even come up to talk to me I will never shop here again in fact I would put money on it that this place is closed within a year! Tractor Supply I'll just continue to go to you or across the street to Home Depot. Oh by the way I was going to spend more money I've been to many stores and when you don't have your receipt they give you an in-store credit I wasn't expecting any money back so I don't know why this was such an issue but I promise you I'll never step foot in that place again I don't care if I have to drive 10 or 15 minutes south or north I'm tired of bad customer service!"

"This is a great farm and ranch store. I was really glad to find it. I used to live I a region with small farm and ranch store chains, some if the stores were small,and so.e very large similar to Rural King. Of course there were TSC stores as well. Family Farm & Home is a nice alternative to places like Rural King and TSC. They have some of the same items, and similar items, but they have refreshingly different items. The kind of things you only see from smaller stores or store chains."

"REALLY NOT happy that the bag of horse feed I recently bought had roaches in it. After dumping it into the grain bin they scattered everywhere, now I have to deal with how to kill them. I feel the store should do more to prevent roaches from getting in the bags of pet food."
