"Very clean and nice Goodwill. However, you have to have a key to get into the bathroom, and there is no sign on the bathroom door saying that. I stood outside the bathroom for a while waiting for the person I thought was in there to come out. After a while I finally asked someone and they said corporate made them take down their sign because it wasn't an official sign. So, I went and got a key and you facility. When I took the key back a supervisor was at the desk. With key in hand I said you all need a sign on your bathroom door I had been waiting there for a long time. He just stared at me and smiled and said nothing. So, here's my suggestion. You need to get an official sign for something."

"Overpriced! seen stuff in there from dollar tree marked twice the price you'd pay for it at dollar tree new. Stuff in pretty rough shape. I use to love going there but anymore it's disappointing"

"My wife and I pulled up at the donation location at 8 PM to donate a small loveseat. The doorman came out and wrapped up the sensor you drive over (my wife had already driven on it) and stated no donations after 8pm. We asked kindly if they would take one item, as it was literally 8pm and only a small couch. The boy went inside and some other employee came out, said no more donations, and went back inside. We are livid."

"The staff has always been very kind and nice there, when I donate they are patient and always come out to greet me. The cashiers always smile and talk to me. I also like that you can park your car and shop at a couple stores around it too!"
