"It made me click a star to even write a review but this store deserves 0 stars i will never shop at this store again!! A family member of mine went in their to return some shoes that were a Christmas present she asked for the money back and a late 30s early 40s lady told her. She couldn’t give her cash because she might use it for drug money! Then proceeded to tell my family member that the shoes were given as a gift intended to be worn so that it was rude to request cash back and that my family member should feel bad. First of all it is none of the employees business what any customer does with their gifts and if something doesn’t fit or someone doesn’t like it. It should be no problem to get the money back no questions asked! and to be told that “you may use it for drug money” when you don’t even know the customer and this customer in particular has never used drugs or alcohol in her life is just despicable! I and my family will never return to this store and especially this location in piqua! I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of this employee!"
