"They have a sign at the 2nd window that says “Sauce 30¢” When you ask for extra sauce AND pay for it, they are incredibly rude and tell you to drive back around and order it at the speaker. I almost never leave bad reviews, but the rudeness that I encountered was unbelievable. But while reading through other reviews, it seems the rudeness of staff is a well known issue. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. I don’t understand when it become acceptable to talk to customers this way."

"slow service, waited 20 minutes for a 2 adult and 1 kid meal with no one in the drive thru and only 1 customer ahead of me. food gets made wrong all the time. no one wants to work, you see 3 or 4 people just standing there not doing anything! horrible service and atmosphere!!"

"The customer service at this location is terrible. The manager is loud, mouthy, and rude. For example...I couldn't get a food item with bacon added...no button for that. I had to order a "side" of bacon and self assemble. Also, don't ask for dipping sauce for anything. $.30 each. (The ONLY place that charges for sauce.) And you can add sauce at the window. AFTER I have my hot food....drive back around to order sauce. What a poor excuse for customer service. Oh, and don't try to call their customer support line...totally automated. You have to "create and account" to contact BK customer service. What happened to personal service? HAVE IT YOUR WAY...WHAT A JOKE!"

"Horrible service and food was just as bad. Manager needs replaced, as she was very rude. Definitely can't "have it your way". They got the order wrong and when we paid and got the receipt, we told them they forgot to put multiple items on our order. The manager then decides to be very rude and in a sarcastic tone, tells us she can not add items to our order and we would have to go through the line and order again. There was more that was said, and she was about as unprofessional as a person could be. Figured there was a reason why McDonald's line was overflowing and there were only 3 vehicles in line at BK. Definitely will wait the extra 5 mins in McDonald's line next time. This is what we get for trying to save time, most surely sacrificed quality and service!"
