"These guys are slowly slipping into poor service. Order for pick up they tell you a time you'll arrive to find your food had been done for the past 15 minutes and its already luke warm from sitting under heating lamps. You order delivery to hear over an hour wait for it. Offer to pick it up and your told the same time frame for pick up. The attitude you get from the people taking your order doesn't help either. My recommendation is there are 5 other pizza places in town try them instead."

"Very, very good place. We've never been let down: they've always had good service and really good food. Honestly, I'm not in love with the pizza in the area but that's not a knock on Padrone's. For the type of pizza in the region, they offer good stuff. As far as pizza goes, everyone's taste is different and often it's what you're "used to" or what you grew up with as a kid. I had to give them 5 stars because we've been ordering here for years and we've not one had a problem. All the other stuff (subs, appetizers, etc) that I've tried have been good."
