"Wapak Wendy's was too cold to eat inside. Cashier said no insulation is reason so cold. That's terrible especially for the employees. Chili wasn't ready at 3pm. Fries were cold. $20 for 2 of us to eat and it wasn't worth $2. Very disappointing!"
"I wanted to eat and side. Do to understand that is understandable. So I had to go through drive through and get my food. They complete in my order well. I had a good experience."
"WORST WENDYS! Do not go here. Spent literally 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of us. Didn’t get close to what we ordered, half the fries were literally raw, like did not touch cooking oil, all the buns were so stale we had to throw them out, and the nuggets were ice cold. And we never got our drinks. Wasted $11 and literally 30 minutes by the time we finally just drove off. Want my money back and my wasted time. Stay away."
"Ordered a double w/cheese everything no tomato, biggie bag w/ a Jr bacon cheeseburger, son of a bacon actor, LG chili cheese and onion, chicken wrap meal no tomato chocolate frosty for the drink, LG chocolate frosty, and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches no tomato. They made the Jr bacon cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup, tomato, onion, and lettuce. When I said something to the lady about the Jr bacon cheeseburger being made wrong she was trying to make excuses as to how it got messed up. After I told her all the sandwiches I ordered she looked at me dumb founded and then said she would fix it. They made the one spicy chicken sandwich with tomato and the other chicken sandwich was a Jr chicken patty with bacon and tomato. When I worked at wendys when I was 16. All we had was receipts with the order on them, and we got orders correct. Nowadays they have screens that have the orders on them and they can't get an order right.... This is why I hardly ever go to Wendy's anymore."
"This is a bourbon burger add lettuce, ketchup, mayo. What manager, let alone any decent franchise owner, would let their company attempt to even serve this? Hope the robots come for those spots soon because thise is a shame that no one is held responsible."
