"Not only did I use to work here but the way the "gm" talks to and about others is just nasty. I don't really suggest working here but you typically good service at night. They will not listen to your availability and if you don't come in because of it they will fire you and blame you for it. The "gm" who isn't even good at their job I genuinely think needs replaced and then I think the place will thrive for real. Hearing from several sources that the "gm" talks poorly about their coworkers behind their backs and its mad disrespectful and unprofessional"
"We decided to order here for lunch. It took at 20 minutes for us to get our food. While we were waiting we saw numerous unsatisfied customers here. We we finally got our food, the manager said sorry about your wait, and our food was made perfectly."
"Ordered lunch on the app before clocking out at work. left work, drove across town, waited until I had five minutes to go and was then told they did not even know how to give a refund for app orders. Wasted a lunch and five bucks on pure idiocy. Never, ever again will I go to this location when more competent workers."
"What the hell taco bell. Shame. 1) $5.49 for steak grilled cheese fries. In total 12 fries, with cheese, and ground beef. Comes in about 8x8 box and takes up a quarter of it. Beyond disappointed. 2) Next was the chicken chipotle melt. $2.79 for an item what used to be $1.00 and bigger. 6 chicken strips, a little cheese, and small amount of chipotle sauce. Was not even thrown on the press so that it would be a melt. 3) Grilled cheese steak burrito. How could this have already shrunk in size it just can't out and seems to not be half the size. 4) Almost $14 for two chalupas, a taco, and a drink?"
"Every time we go here there is usually something wrong. They rarely get our order right and when we get the box meals they just throw it all in the bag with all the other food so the bag is overflowing and we have to go through everything to see which food is from the box and which is separate. They say they are open till 3am but never are. There has been 3-4 separate times I have went to order food around 2am and they are closed early and not taking orders. This is probably the worst Taco Bell around this area."
