"Needed desperate help and was told I wasn't in there jurisdiction, after being told they would help me. I have a huge cat problem where I live and need desperate help so I can move from my very unsafe house. I don't want to abandon the cats my neighbors have laid on me. I was told they were gonna help me and it had been about a week. I asked them what was going on and they told me suddenly they weren't gonna help me. They have helped me many times in the past but now won't. I still desperately need the help and no one will, so me and these cats get to live in a house that should be condemned thanks to this supposed " rescue. ""
