"My beautiful golden labradoodle went jn for a bath and haircut, not full shave. She was so traumatized that she cannot even take walks with her 100% shaven hair and it’s awful and devastating. Her hair was matted, but that last place washed and brushed her not shaved 100% of her facial half and body. She was so beautiful and they didn’t even do the mail grinding. Well we all cried when we say how she looked after a complete shave. I never said shave all of her hair at all!! Very disturbed and Kayla was very traumatized. She is freezing in this weather. The other PetSmart several weeks simply washed and trimmed Her now took out the matted hair not shaved her completely!! See the pics from yesterday with her new unrecognizable look - we feel so sad"
