"We had special circumstances we needed met for our stay due to health/medical issues. We called around to several hotels with no luck, until we reached Juan at Comfort Inn. He immediately said “don’t worry about calling anywhere else - we’ll help you” and that’s exactly what he did. We were put in the perfect room that had everything we needed (kitchenette, office work space, large bed) for our extended stay. The complimentary breakfast has helped us save so much money and we’ve been able to enjoy a variety of options from day to day! We’ll 100% be back here in the future."

I’ll have been here two weeks Friday. I look for CH’s wherever I go. Normally a lot of value for my money."

"Arrived at hotel about 9 at night, after 4-hour travel, checked in to the hotel, receptionist was extremely unfriendly, allocated room and handed card with nothing said! Went to room 218, to find that the bed was unmade, dirty linens left lying on sofa, room was not cleaned......went back to reception showed him photograph, reassigned me another room and barely spoke again, hardly even an apology.....on my second morning there I ended up vomiting after breakfast, called reception to ask if it was possible to have al ate check out as had become unwell and as i was talking the receptionist spoke over me, no late checkout, no late check out, no late checkout, to which I replied thanks for your empathy. he phoned back a few minutes later to say as id had a problem at check in they would give me to 12, after house keeping knocked my door at 11.30, telling me that there were another couple of rooms with late check out - funny how the receptionist was adamant there were no late check outs.......when in this world did we lose the empathy for another human being and their wellness, after all I could have gotten sick from the breakfast I ate!!! I will NEVER stay at one of choice hotels again, it was smelly and just grubby. Also at breakfast the person cleaning the area was constantly giving his political views on the happenings in Israel - you know what, keep your opinions to yourself I didn't want to hear them! very unprofessional!"
