"NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!"
"They are closed sometimes hours before the posted sign says they should be. I've had a couple prescriptions that were ready on the weekend and I was sure I got there at least an hour before the Sunday hours of operation yet the pharmacy was closed early. There are two women who have waited on me at the pharmacy and they are always considerate and efficient with the process but the one man that I have had wait on me, my partner, my mother, he is really abrupt and he doesn't check for the script or whatever he just twice said he didn't have it right now, lidocaine patches... That the girl tech I had just spoken to on the phone said they were in stock and I could have it in a half hour... It's not like he has to count out a hundred pills, just stuff it in the envelope and pass it out the window..,"
