"This place has turned into a joke, and I'm about done eating here. Every time we order in the drive thru or on the app we are always missing something and the food is ice cold. Today I had to call and go back to get the kids meal they forgot to give us but made sure we got the chocolate milk. The fries were ice cold had to put them in the air fryer to heat up so they were edale. The sandwiches didn't feel very warm. These people want paid as much as a factory worker but yet can't follow a what is on a screen that literally tells them what is all in the order and what exactly the person wants on their sandwiches."
"I often stop here for a coffee in the morning. Coming from Lima, OH and having those McDonald's to compare.. I am blown away how efficient and courteous this team handles daily business. It is never a long wait, my order is always correct and to top it off they shine with enthusiasm on welcome and exit. Keep up the great work!!!!"
"This is the BEST McDonald's we have ever ate at. The fries are always hot! The food is always good. The staff are (almost) always friendly, and helpful. They have a lady that walks the dining room and checks on the guest. I've never received that kind of customer service at any McDonald's. Thank you all for your hard work!"
