"I had a horrible experience at this Wauseon Taco Bell. I stood in the lobby waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take my order only to have a customer tell me that I had to order on their kiosk. I had absolutely no help trying to figure it out and they only seemed to care about the drive through orders first. I will not be coming back."

"Every time I come something is messed up and it’s either cold or stale never fresh or properly prepared this location is extremely lazy. I came tonight and i didn’t even get what i ordered and it looked like someone took a dump on a tortilla and put it in a bag without even any sauces. the night managers at least clearly don’t care about their jobs or the quality of the food."
"Personally is my favorite taco bell I've been to. They have their occasional slip ups which is normal for fast food, but this one for me never is bad 2 times in a row. And compared to Napoleon's, it is a 5 star taco bell. Food is normally fresh and not made too sloppy. Only reason for the not 5 star review is just cause I know the people who control their checks are still screwing the employees there over."
