"We placed a breakfast delivery for big breakfast with hot cakes; extra sausage, two hash browns and a large coke. Instead we didn’t get extra sausage, not even syrup and a VANILLA coke. How was my order that messed up? They never pick-up the phone. It’s ALL THE TIME these things happen.."

"Don’t usually write reviews but the experience was just that bad. Did curbside pickup and waited 20+ minutes after checkin, while others were served. Eventually went in and found that my order was never made. The girl at the register was very nice and got it taken care of, another customer who was waiting longer than me for curbside came in, swearing and demanding the manager. His food was made, sitting on the counter, cold. The manager came out, glasses and brown hair with a hat, chewing gum. Barely spoke to the guy, just walked over to the register for a few minutes said “sure” and went back. The girl at the register came back with my food and I left. I’ve worked customer service for 3+ years, whoever was running the shift tonight after 5pm seriously needs evaluated by the GM. Just poor business and poor service."

"Manager is rude. Orders are not complete and when you pay for a condiment you expect to get it as well as the condiments that come with the order. Manager lied about the chicken nuggets that they do come with a condiment of choice. I paid an extra $.45 for an extra condiment and was not paid back the $.45. Never thought McDonald's to steal your money but they do. Absolutely will not ever go back to the Wauseon McDonald's and do not recommend anyone going there."

"It's actually decent food like most of the fast food places around here since it's all we have, BUT my god this McDonald's takes FOREVER sometimes. 45 minute wait sometimes on mobile order pickups. Insanity, especially when the drive-thru is relatively empty the whole time."

"I get this is fast food, not fine dining, but having rude employees seems to outweigh the good ones. I've had great experiences with some employees, but it takes one to ruin any chance of coming back. I feel if you can't handle the stress of the drive-thru, then you shouldn't work it. Taking out your frustrations on customers for just ordering is sad and rude. I've worked in fast food and fine dining for over six years, and I know it can be stressful. Maybe figure out better employees to interact with customers."
