"They’re always out of something. Today, for the second time in less than a month we were told they don’t have any “morning chicken”, this time they clarified that the general manager failed to even order it. It’s getting really old going and wanting something specific and never being able to get what we’re craving. The employees are usually super nice about it, but it’s definitely getting frustrating."

"September 28th 2023 Over my :30 lunch break... Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo only at the drive thru. Had to sit in mobile waiting area for almost 10 minutes finally got my food. Drove 2 miles back to work and realized my sandwich has mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes, and some nasty looking lettuce. Drove back to Wendy's, it's 12:30 my lunch just ended and now I'm late for work... I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give refunds, Wendy's corporate has to send you a refund in the mail... I'll never eat at this place again... I realiz e people make mistakes but my lunch was over by the time I would have received the correct order. So a refund was in order, kinda ridiculous that I paid with cash but they wouldn't return it to me... May never eat at Wendy's ever again..."

"Went to get breakfast here Friday nov 3 2023 cause I like the honey butter chicken biscuit . Went through the drive thru lady was not friendly at all . I went through the drive thru because I was going out of town well about 5-10 min later I opened up my sandwich and took a bite and thought it was not right . So when I went to take another bit I seen my chicken was raw in the middle . Not sure what they are doing there but uncooked chicken can kill a person . Thanks for nothing and teach your staff to be polite . I think it might have been a manager who waited on me remember raw chicken"

"Ordered Sausage Biscuit and Egg, Cheese Biscuit this morning. I realize it was a there two for three but you would think it would of been served warm Both sandwiches were ice,, ice cold like they had been sitting in the refrigerator. Of course this was the second time this has happened. The first time was a few months ago and contact Wendy's corporate and they said there is something on your Wendy's app for you. I don't have a Wendy's app. so that tells you they don't really care about the situation. Will never go back again. So So So sad !!!"
