Inked Vinyl

"I went to Inked Vinyl to have an enclosed trailer wrapped. Before I brought the trailer to Robert at Inked Vinyl, it was beat up, ugly and had some cosmetic damage and it also had lettering that I did myself. Robert let me know everything I had to do to prep the trailer (because I told him I would do it myself). I got it all ready and brought it to the shop. Not to long after he called me and informed me all the bolts on the sides were rusted and they were stripping when they tried to remove them and in order to put the wrap on and said he would just put the wrap over the bolts. He didn't try to charge me more money or anything like that. I picked up the trailer and everything looked great. There was a small issue with the wrap that I noticed after a few days (probably due to how much damage the trailer has and rusted bolts). I suggested that we just add another small section of wrap over where it was a little off but Robert said they would redo the whole side of the wrap free of charge to me. He stuck to his word and fixed it completely and he didn't have to do anything. This company cares about quality, cares about customer service and isn't pushy at all. They have good vibes and they were always responsive when I called. I called other companies and got quotes and Inked Vinyl came in around what the other companies were charging. I don't think you could ask for more from a company. Inked Vinyl easily gets 5 stars!"
