"Pick up and drop off were great. However, billing was unsatisfactory. They had a very hard time explaining what what was being billed and why. I received vague emails regarding billing. When I called for explanation, I was sent one bill. When I asked them to explain, they sent an ALTERED bill and was given a poor explanation on it. Although I signed for the equipment and made the payments, they wouldn't give me basic information on the account (reverted to this after they couldn't explain charges) and pretty much demanded to speak to my wife -- who is battling cancer. Because of the billing department alone, I would probably seek a different company if I needed air services again."

"David and Emily deserve the highest praise! I walked in at 2:30PM on a Monday and explained that I was there to pick up a nebulizer. The doctor's office I just left said they would fax it over. David politely began to explain to me that it usually takes at least 24 hours from the time they receive the fax till the order is filled. After listening to the ordeal I had been going through and the run-around I had gotten from the doctor's office to the pharmacy, he contacted Emily. After the fax came in, Emily took the reins and got it pushed through the insurance company. In the meantime, David had told me I could purchase one if they weren't able to help today. I was ready to do that. He got one out of stock and showed me how it worked. After that, Emily advised that what the co-pay would be. I paid it, signed the paperwork, and was out the door = IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR! If anyone ever went ABOVE AND BEYOND for a customer, David and Emily sure did. Outstanding examples of people who are not only efficient at what they do, but very caring about the people that come to them for help. This event turned a frustrating day totally around. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you so much!"

"I was stuck in the hospital until portable oxygen and an at home compressor could be provided for discharge. Emily contacted me on a Sunday and advised Steve C would arrive with my needed supplies within the hour! Steve arrived at the hospital and gave me easy to understand instructions on my portable oxygen equipment and offered to meet us at our home for the complete setup of the compressor. Steve was very informative and made me feel comfortable with how to use my new equipment. I highly recommend Steve C. and greatly appreciate his calm and professional demeanor during a very difficult medical diagnosis but with his help I was able to start my healing process in the comfort of my own home."

"The whole staff is very friendly. Robin helped me out on Thursday. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything patiently. Made sure that if I needed anything to please contact her. I spoke to John this morning about my issues and he said come by at 11:30am. He was great. Took his time to explain everything to me and the exchange of my headgear and nose piece was easy breezy.
