The operators are rude and insist on telling me that there are patients more sick than my daughter. What type of way is that to speak with someone in an emergency situation."

"I have been with this company for a year now. Every month I get incorrect supplies. Something as simple as 2x2 no woven gauze every month is woven. This month for example I was missing 6 supplies and got 3 I never ordered including a g tube. I tried calling for a supervisor 3 days ago and they have yet to be bothered to return my call. Now I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. Since they drop ship orders you can’t get any time window. I had to make sure someone sat in my house Tues-Friday waiting on supplies I placed an order on Monday for. I called the following Monday and the order wasn’t even placed yet. They did it a week later with no communication about it."
