"I purchase a microwave rice maker and when I got home, I noticed it was gray instead of white, went back to exchange it but they were all gray, so I decided to get another one, but I didn't have my receipt and they wanted to credit me half the sale price. This is stealing in my book. I have heard that they did this all the time, I didn't believe it until it happened to me."
