Would make a good case study on how NOT to manage a business (CVS executives, if you would just read this and make something). Unfortunately, not-much-better-options in the area, us who live in Doral have to endure it... we are stuck with it."
"This is absolutely the worst. I had been in line for almost 2 hours to get a COVID test, each car takes between 20-30min to get attended. Why such a lack of customer service? Why does it take so long?"
"This is literally the worst pharmacy. Drive through is never open, queue is always about a 30-60 min wait. The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency. I have unfortunately had to come here a few times to pick up medication and service is always horrendous."
