"Amazing experience in Walmart Pharmacy 8651 NW 13 St in Miami. I approached an associate named Norma Flores for help with a prescription transfer. It was done right away, but they were going to lunch soon, so I was going to have to wait 1 hour. After 10 minutes I received a text that the prescription was ready. I went back to the pharmacy and they were planning on going for lunch, but Norma came back so I wouldn't have to wait. Her help and attention were excellent. We need many more Normas who are willing to help with a smile. Thank you Norma."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. What a joke this place is. Over 45 minutes of wait time to pick up a simple prescription. I called ahead, got a text that it was ready and confirmed I could pick up 2 months worth of the medication. I get there quarter to 6 with a huge line and anyone that arrived for vaccines getting to cut in front since it was only one employee processing them. Then find out I can only take one months supply. I already changed my pharmacy provider to CVS this place is horrible. Do not come here!!!!"

"Disgusting customer service throughout this Walmart in all departments. The pharmacy department hangs up on you if your question is "too complicated" and they have no idea what they're doing. Go to the one in kendall! They're amazing!"

"I just called to request a prescription to be ordered for my son that has ADD, Not only staff was unhelpful but refused to order his meds " because Methylphenidate they don't come up in 5mg" very rude u NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, explained my son need ed this med for school and she hang up on me!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE."

"They've given me in this past year the wrong amount of medication. Each bottle contains 90 tablets & 3X they've refilled with 60 tablets only. It's most definitely suspicious & dishonest."
